DAVIE, FLORIDA (PRWEB) March 24, 2004 -- The DVD as a personal way to store and share memories goes mainstream with the advent of the hyperAlbum. Right now at www.hyperAlbum.com, consumers can quickly and inexpensively transform their home videotapes and photographs into customized DVDs with tailor-made motion menus and Dolby Digital sound for as little as $39.95.

The DVD is the modern way to store photos and videos. Professionals are expensive and doing it yourself is not an option for most people. The investment in software, hardware, and technical skills that are required is beyond the typical consumer. Few people want to learn about codecs, troubleshoot driver conflicts or worry about bit-rate calculations," explains CEO Tony Espaillat. Even if they did, it would not look as good as a hyperAlbum. Thats because we use a number of digital techniques and enhancements that provide the best quality available from videos and photos, and all hyperAlbums incorporate Dolby Digital sound."

Customers can use the on-line order forms to guide themselves through the many available options. Customers can choose from 20 different menu themes, all of which can incorporate full motion video. The choice of audio is even more impressive with 26 different types of music that include favorites such as Rock, Jazz and Classical, in addition to some offbeat styles such as Mariachi, Indian Sitar, and Scottish Pipes. Vacation footage of a trip to see the Great Wall of China, can be set to a Chinese Garden soundtrack to set the mood. Many of the soundtracks can be combined with up to 500 photos into a smooth and stylish composition known as a Photo Parade. Once the order form has been completed and printed, it is mailed along with the video and photos to Hyperceptive for the authoring and mastering process. The basic package costs $39.95 and includes one hyperAlbum, a direct printed label, DVD case, and insert. Additional copies are as low as $4.99 depending upon quantity.

Both photos and videos begin to show signs of degradation within 10 to 20 years, but a hyperAlbum can last 100 to 200 years. Digitally storing every wedding, anniversary, and bar mitzvah is now affordable to the average consumer. The hyperAlbum makes it effortless and inexpensive to transfer photos and videos to the new medium.
