Founded in 1993 by a group of citizens concerned about the lack of affordable housing in the area, CPAH owns three apartment complexes and a five-bedroom single-family home (143 units total). Each site has a library, computer lab, and multi-purpose community center - the cornerstone of empowering education and enrichment programs offered to CPAH residents.
