Calgary computer and electronic recycling solution - weekly collection of electronic items

Electronic Recycling Association weekly recyclable pickup service. Now picking up unwanted electronic items from households and home offices. Items accepted include computers, laptops, stereo amplifiers, vcrs, etc.

(PRWEB) March 23, 2004 --This is the low-cost, environmentally and socially beneficial solution compared to the expensive electronic product recycling options currently available to the city of Calgary, Alberta.

Electronic items such as computers, laptops, stereo components, vcrs, dvds, would be accepted. Collected items would be handled by the Electronic Recycling Association who would find the best solution for the items. Computers and other items are provided to local non for profit groups, start up charities, lower incomed families through programs operated by the Electronic Recycling Association. All unusable items would be provided to specialists companies who can recover small amounts of precious metals out of them.

So if you have electronic equipment you want to dispose of in an environmentally responsible way contact the Electronic Recycling Association, and start being a part of the local solution!
