Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas Grand Opening Party Wow's Party-Goers
Las Vegas newest restaurant attraction, and the worlds most famous beer hall, heralded its official Grand Opening with a special party attended by more than a thousand VIPs March 11, 2004.

Party-goers were treated to a lavish German dinner, wowed by spectacular entertainment and enjoyed imported Hofbrau beer.
The evening began with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and festive tapping of the first keg. Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce President Kara Kelly dedicated Hofbrauhaus to Las Vegas by exchanging tributes and gifts with the Director of the Hofbrau Brewery in Munich, Germany, Dr. Michael Moeller, and with President of Hofbrauhuas Las Vegas Stefan Gastager on behalf of the Las Vegas business community. Nevada Senator John Ensign also welcomed Hofbrauhaus with a congratulatory letter.
Other notable celebrities who enjoyed the evening were Comedian George Wallace who headlines at the Flamingo, currently co-starring with Tom Hanks in The Lady Killers, and Frankie and Chrissi Scinta stars from The Scintas" at the Rio Hotel, who came with their family to cheer for their mother who was premiering as a German yoeddler in the evenings entertainment, REALLY! Pete Giovine from the reality show the Restaurant and Beachers Comedy Madhouse at the Hark Rock was also spotted enjoying the festivities.
