Keystone Auditores is the new Russell Bedford firm in Chile

The Chilean accounting and consulting firm, Keystone, based in Santiago, has joined the global Russell Bedford International group of accountancy and auditing practices.

The new member, Keystone Auditores Ltda., was founded in 1997. It has grown quickly and now has three partners and around 20 other personnel. The partners are Miguel Pavez, Miguel A. Cáceres and Eledinda Ramírez, all three being qualified public accountants and auditors.

Originally established as an audit practice, the firm has now been transformed into an integrated business consultancy, with services including accounting, management consultancy and tax advice. Training and legal services are provided through local associated practices.

Keystone is officially listed in the Register of External Auditors by the Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros.

The firm's offices are located in the centre of the capital city, Santiago, close to the financial district and government buildings.

Keystone's main clients are companies in the manufacturing, commercial and financial services sectors, with special emphasis on foreign investors.
