Presidential Candidate John Kerry's catch phrase "Republican Attack Machine" was trademarked by Orlando Republican Eric Bolves to prevent the Democrats from using the phrase on campain materials.

Bolves hopes the registration will prevent democrats from using the phrase on campaign materials and also hopes to make some money licensing the phrase.
