Interactive Murder Mysteries Extended Through May
Extended dates to treat that special someone to a murder... and an evening of fine dining and fun! Unique Interactive Dinner Theatre presented in Ventura County by Gypsy Productions Special Champagne Brunch Show on Sunday April 25.
(PRWEB) March 28, 2004 --The Gypsy Players opened to great audiences last week with their poduction of Last Cruise of the S.S. Minnow and are pleased to announce they have extended the show dates through mid-May. You can be a part of the murder and mayhem in this delightful spoof every Thursday evening April 8 through May 13 at 7 pm and at a special Champagne Brunch Performance on Sunday, April 25 at 11 am. The cruise sets sail from the Grand Vista Hotel in Simi Valley so make your reservations now!
The fun and mystery begins the minute you are escorted aboard the "ship" and continues through dinner and beyond (not the great beyond!)... while you have an opportunity to bribe suspects and attempt to solve the crime. Instead of the usual dinner theater fare --- dinner, then a stage show --- the action takes place in the audience as you become a part of the show!
Cast members for The Last Cruise of the S.S. Minnow include: Joe Babicki of Ventura, Connie Bauer of Camarillo, Jacqui Heck of Oxnard, John Logue of Moorpark, Lola McKenna of Santa Paula, Lauren Ojeda and Frank Payfer of Simi Valley. The show was written by John Logue and is directed by Roxanne Diesel with Loretta Logue as assistant director.
The $45 ticket prices include dinner, dessert, beverage, the show and wait staff gratuity. Shows run approximately 2 1/2 hours and reservations are required. Dress is casual, but guests are encouraged to come in costume as their favorite character from the show. Please note that show content may not be suitable for children. For more information or to make reservations please call The Gypsy Players at (661) 718-3968 or make your reservation online at www.justmurder.com.
