Zeosoft Technology Group announces an OEM distribution agreement with Synercard Corporation. Under this agreement, Synercard will market and sell an OEM version of Zeosofts Mobile Badger with its leading Asure ID software. Mobile Badger will allow Asure ID customers the ability to enroll, verify, and process photo IDs remotely using a wireless PDA.
