Low-Fat, Low-Carb, High-Protein DIVINE Chocolate Blueberry Pancakes by The Body Sculptress

That's right, you don't have to eat rabbit food to lose that backside and tone those thighs! The Body Sculptress has created yet another amazing new recipe. Eat chocolate for breakfast and lose weight. These have been tested by her clients and are rated 4 stars. They are absolutely gourmet, and are very easy to make!

(PRWEB) March 30, 2004 --Enjoy this DIVINE brownie-like pancake with low carbs, low fat, high protein and rich chocolate blueberry flavor!

2T Chocolate Whey Powder
1T Almond Flour (finely ground almonds)
1T Raw Carob (found in health food stores)
1t Almond Extract
3 packets Splenda (or 2 packets of Stevia)
½ t ground Cloves
½ t Salt
1 Omega-3 Enhanced Egg
2 Regular Egg Whites
½ cup Thawed Blueberries (drain the juice)

Preheat a regular frying pan on medium low heat. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, followed by the egg and egg whites. Beat with a wire whisk until the consistency of brownie mix (it will look just like a brownie mix!). Fold in the blueberries. Spray the pan with a non-stick spray (like Pam) and pour the batter into the pan.

Cover the pan and let it sit for 5 minutes. Rotate the pan ½ way to accommodate any heat inconsistencies and let sit for an additional 4 minutes. With a large spatula, gently ease the spatula under the pancake and lift it up. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking oil under the pancake and very quicky flip the pancake. It is dense like a brownie and will break if you are not careful (either way it tastes great).

As soon as it is flipped, turn the stove off. Its ready to eat in a minute.

I dont add any toppings. Its moist and totally delicious this way, but you can add a little non-fat whipped topping or sugarless chocolate or blueberry syrup. It is divine!

And if you like, you can package the dry ingredients in baggies (one pancake each) so that all you have to do in the morning is add the eggs, extract and blueberries and you're ready to cook!

Serve the pancake with a blueberry herbal tea or a ginger green tea for even more flavor and antioxidant benefit.
