"Dallas Television KERA Set To 'AIR' - The Movie"

(PRWEB) March 30, 2004 -- PBS/KERA and the Video Association of Dallas will be featuring "AIR", a Dallas production by filmmaker Kevin Nash, in "Frame of Mind," a monthly program featuring independent film and video work. "I feel very honored that 'Air' has been selected by KERA and the Dallas Video Festival for inclusion in this program," said Nash. The movie is also slated for an April screening at the Palm Beach International Film Festival. Vicki Caroline Cheatwood adapted the screenplay from her highly successful stage play, "Breathing Room".

Synopsis of film: Deb Brody is trapped in a prison of guilt and anger over a tragedy from the past. Her escape depends on a comatose patient who tenuously clings to life through a respirator and a strange collection of useless junk locked away in the garage.

"AIR" is produced and directed by Kevin Nash and co-directed and produced by John Athas. Cast includes: Cindee Mayfield, Gail Cronauer and Wm. Paul Williams. Original music by: Tracie Merchant and Chris George.
