Douglas Wood and Tina Brown of BW Web Design in Cayuta, NY have expanded there home based web design business into Horseheads to provide a service of not only repairing Personal Computers but teaching the client how to Do It Yourself.

Named spyware because it is a small program usually installed on your pc without your knowledge and used to track your behavior on the internet for marketers to send pop up advertising to your PC screen.
