NEW YORK, NY (PRWEB) April 3, 2004 --Anheuser World Select was a co-sponsor for the Asia Societys Young Patrons of the International Asian Art Fair dinner on March 25, 2004 at the Asia Society. The dinner followed the International Asian Art Fair Opening Night Gala Benefit Preview Reception and was the second such event for the Young Patrons accompanying the much-lauded benefit.

The Asia Societys Young Patrons are a group of young professionals with a strong affinity to Asia. Each year we look forward to previewing some of the most exquisite collections of Asian art. With a Japanese-inspired theme, our second annual Young Patrons Dinner in Asia Society's spectacular Garden Court had generated so much fervor that we sold out in days. We are grateful for Anheuser World Select's generous support without whom this would not have been possible," said the Young Patrons Co-chairs. This year, the Honorary Chair for the Young Patrons is Lisa Ling, and Co-Chairs are Coralie Charriol, Adelina Wong Ettelson, and Susan Shin.

Anheuser World Select is proud to be invited as a sponsor for the International Asian Art Fair Young Patrons Dinner," said David L. Kim, director of sales development and community relations, Anheuser-Busch, Inc. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to work closely with the Young Patrons and the Asia Society."

The International Asian Art Fair (IAAF), held annually since 1994, showcases the diversity of Asian art in a magnificent setting with over sixty pre-eminent dealers exhibiting extraordinary pieces from around the region. For the past nine years, the Opening Night Benefit Preview has become popular as the highlight of New Yorks Asia Week in March. This preview reception is the Asia Societys major fundraising event of the spring, and a highlight of the New York social season. The 1400 VIP attendees include well-known society personalities, and as such every year the benefit has merited a substantial write-up in the New York Times and other New York society publications, which alternately have described the Fair as the hands-down best art fair in New York."

Anheuser-Busch, Inc. is the worlds largest brewer with 12 domestic breweries and distribution in more than 80 countries. Rolled out in May 2003, Anheuser World Select resulted from a challenge to Anheuser-Busch's top brewmasters to combine their expertise and create a world-class beer -- what they crafted is Anheuser World Select, a continental-style pilsner beer that is available today.
