Virgin Mary Appartion
Virgin Mary Apparition appeared on 10/28/01 during 911 memorial service.
(PRWEB) April 3, 2004 --Could this be the face of the Virgin Mary?
A new Web site, http://www.divinereflections.net has a Virgin Mary apparition that originally appeared on 10.28/01. The owner of the image didnt want throngs of people lined up at her door and instead decided to share the image in the form of a clay pendant.
The image appeared almost two months after the 911 tragedy during the interfaith service being held for the victims. The image is actually a smudge of batter on the side of a plastic bowl. The originator of the image is prone to stressful eating and while watching the memorial service, decided to eat. She made some pancakes and after the service reached for the bowl to wash it and discovered the image. I know there will be those who might feel like Im trying to exploit this tragedy, however, if that were my goal, I would have been a lot more effective doing this two years ago" she said. I do feel guilty about not sharing it since it may have provided some comfort to the families. In fact, it is my intent to provide a free pendant to all of the families of those who have lost a loved one in the tragedy.
There are two images, the original and the reverse. The original was scanned with a dark colored cloth behind it since the bowl is transparent plastic. The reverse image is a pleasant surprise that was noticed when the image was selected on the computer screen. You should know that:
- Only the bubbles that formed when pouring clear nail polish on the image to preserve it have been digitally removed from the perimeter of the image.
- Nothing in the inner area of the image has been retouched!
- There are cracks and chips on the inner area of the image, which were purposely left untouched in order to preserve the integrity of the image.
