The first in the trilogy, The Black Witch Project, is slated to premier on the Internet March 29th.

Based on the highly successful Tales from the Crypt and Scary Movie series of films comes a motion picture of urban horror spoofs unlike any other. The Black Folks Guide to Scary Movies will put a humorous urban twist on some of todays most popular/contemporary horror movies. Filmed in the cinematic tradition of Creepshow and Tales from the Crypt, The Black Folks Guide to Scary Movies will spoof such classics as: Psycho, Exorcist, Friday the 13th and The Blair Witch Project. The Black Folks Guide to Scary Movies promises to deliver the non-stop laughs audiences have come to expect.

Formed by veteran filmmaker M. Anthony Sparks, MSE distributes feature length films to the home video market. Films vary in genre, from Action to Comedy to Horror to Drama.
MSE is in the process of negotiating partnerships with several major Hollywood companies to bring more ethnically diverse films to both the big and small screens, six are slated for 2004 and 2005 alone.
