Running For The Future

The Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Bethune-Cookkman College and The Vine City Civic Association are sponsoring a community event on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. from Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School on 220 Northside Drive(adjacent). Cost is $15 adults and $10 Senior/Students.

(PRWEB) April 4, 2004 --The Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Bethune--Cookman College and The Vine City Civic Association sincerely appreciates you for supporting our Annual Run / Walk Race. The event is scheduled for, Saturday, May 15, 2004, at 8:00 am, at Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School, Atlanta, Georgia.

This event will enhance our Scholarships assistance to students currently enrolled in college, and once a year we take students on a tour of the college. The monies raised will cover the cost of transportation and lodging. The proceeds will benefit local students who are planning to further their education. The Alumni Chapter is a non-profit organization, therefore, your donations are tax deductible.

April 25, 2004 is the deadline for registration for all who would like to receive a T-Shirt the day of the event. Vendor opportunities are available.
