MTVs Dorian Davis and Pop Singer Adam Barta Appearing One Night Only at the Legendary Duplex Cabaret Theatre

Dorian Davis, best known for his outrageous humor on the show MTV Hits, will be appearing at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre on April 25th, 2004 in a one night only engagement which will feature musical guest new pop moppett Adam Barta.

MANHATTAN, NY (PRWEB) April 4, 2004 --Dorian Davis, best known for his outrageous humor on the show MTV Hits, will be appearing at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre on April 25th, 2004 in a one night only engagement which will feature musical guest pop singer Adam Barta. The show is titled MTV's Dorian Davis and Pop Singer Adam Barta: Live at Last! The two met last year when Davis hosted the record release party at the Hard Rock Café for Bartas new hit single I Told Her. Davis also had a cameo in the music video. The show will consist of Davis' humorous musings in song with a special performance by Barta. The Duplex is located at 61 Christopher Street (at 7th Ave.) in New York City. In 2003 Dorian was voted as the Moment of the Year" on MTV Hits by the studio audience, and XY Magazine caught up with him for its 40th issue, in newsstands all over the country. He's been featured on Seventeen.com, the site for Seventeen Magazine, and had a recent cameo on IMX on a Fuse network special. Adam is a Bronx native, notable for his many film and television roles. He has co-starred with Tessie Santiago, Mario Cantone, Jeff Probst and Amy Sedaris, among others. Additionally he has been a mainstay on the off-broadway theatre circuit. Breaking out into the pop music scene in 2004, his single I Told Her has been on the airwaves in the US and Europe.
