Black Business Circle Annual 2004 Economic Empowerment Explosion Summit & Expo set to present technology workshop by Deborah Maisonet
(PRWEB) April 4, 2004 --The Black Business Circle Annual 2004 Economic Empowerment Explosion & Expo will be presenting a technology workshop by Deborah Maisonet. "Webfully Yours" (www.webfulyours.com) was established in March 1997 and is owned and operated by Deborah Maisonet. I started out as an Internet Consultant for the iMall in September 1996. At that time, I knew nothing about computers or the Internet. When I became a consultant for the iMall, they said that you didn't have to have a computer or know the Internet to do business, and you could submit ads and web- pages through snail mail or fax. So I went out and bought a fax machine, so I'd be sure to never use the computer.
Well I had a computer, but I wasn't about to use it. That would be too hard, I thought. I looked with disdain on my husband and children for using the computer, like it was all that, and, why do we need a printer?
Needless to say, I finally got on the computer and the Internet, every day for 6 years, and haven't been off since. I'd come home from my job and stay on the net, surfing until the wee hours every night. I was addicted. Just like many of the other Netpreneurs I read about.
