Free event for the public. Please join us for World Tai Chi and Chi Gung Day 2004. Over 60 nations will be participating in this exciting worldwide event, hundreds of Tai Chi and Chi Gung teachers, thousands of Tai Chi schools and tens of thousands of participants worldwide.

Paul D. Pickens II Research Foundation is the Bay Area coordinators for World Tai Chi and Chi Gung Day. We have been sponsoring this event since 1999, and have been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Gung since 1980. While Tai Chi is a powerful and profound martial art, our emphasis to our students is on the self-defense and health aspects of this beautiful system. We teach Tai Chi and Qigong to all ages and fitness levels, helping people to improve their health and quality of life.

This event is free to the public, and provides education on the wonderful health and healing aspects of these martial and healing arts. Please join us for free Chi Gung classes, demonstrations and health education.
