“Kyle is the quintessential ‘Renaissance Man,’ but first amongst his passions is love of country,” said GradPAC Chairman Olds. “Like Kevin Keating, Kyle has devoted tremendous energy to GradPAC since our inception, serving as our organization’s first communications director and most recently as our fundraising director. We are blessed to have such a gifted scholar and astute observer of domestic and international affairs join our Advisory Board.”

In 2000, Stelma began his studies at Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies. He also worked for the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), a think tank, where he co-authored an assessment of the U.S. Army transformation strategy.
