(PRWEB) April 6, 2004 -- The kickoff meeting of the northern Colorado chapter of eWomenNetwork on March 24 was a great success, with more than 90 women attending.
The next eWomenNetwork Northern Colorado event will be held on Wednesday, April 21st at The Cottonwood Club (on Hwy 287 between Loveland and Ft. Collins). The April speaker will be Linda W. Norton. Some people say Linda is "one of those people who lives life to the absolute MAX!" You may know her as a successful realtor, and a regular at networking events around northern Colorado. You might have heard her singing in Old Town Square last summer, or you might have even heard her sing The National Anthem at an event or convention. If you've met Linda, then you know she has mastered the art of blending a successful career with community service and FUN! As a Realtor, she's been one of her company's top producer STARS every year since 1986.
Linda's career is even more successful because of her dedication to the Internet! She holds the "E-Pro" designation from the National Association of Realtors, and is a member of CyberStars, an elite group of Realtors who are recognized utilizing technology and being specialists in the Internet.
She combines her career with community service, and recently received national applause (and TV time!) for her "Good Neighbor Award" work with affordable housing. In fact, she specializes in selling affordable homes and working with first-time buyers. When she's is not selling real estate, you can find her hanging out with her husband, Michael and their black lab Cody, shooting pool or singing with a local band, Altered Egos. Come and let Linda Norton show you how "live life to the MAX!"
Topic: Tuning Up Your Dreams for Success
Linda Norton is a "specialist" in helping people tune up their dreams for success! In her presentation, she'll share the tips and tricks she's learned about tapping into your talents to blend career success, community service, and a satisfying personal life. Linda firmly believes that the more you integrate your dreams into your life, the more successful you will be.

Kickoff Feedback
Attendees made the following comments about the kickoff meeting:
We had so much fun and met so many wonderful women. For someone who's re-entering the business world, I felt very supported and encouraged. I truly had no idea how I would make my way back, but know that I'm committed to being the best at what I'm doing.
Fantastic! What a night!
The camaraderie was wonderful. How nice to know that so many women had so many business dealings and associations over the years.
I started to get a sense of the power in the room. Each women with a display table then had the opportunity to talk about their business--and again--none of the usual mindless lack of benefit.
Why? Many of the women in the group have owned their business, or been corporate executives, or both for 20+ years. Truly awesome services and products that you would be happy to offer to your friends were presented. Truly professional, talented, and trained women sold themselves.
At eNetwork I felt like I was in a room with people already enjoying success and that the network was there to push us all one more step forward. It was there to teach me valuable life skills while hooking me up with mentors, potential friends, and new clients. What a total shock!
Awesome, awesome, awesome!
I finally pulled myself away at 9:30, and tucked away a large stack of meaningful business cards (i.e.. please call me, please let me know where you found that, I run a decorating business and need to refer people to you, I want you to come to my bed and breakfast for an appointment, I want to tell so and so about you--rather than the ready set go...toss your card at everybody thing that I've experienced before). Then I stayed up until after 1 am thinking about what I could do with what I had learned, and woke up still excited.

About Ann Clarke
For more than 20 years as a marketing consultant and a national speaker, Ann Clarkes personal mission has been to help women take their businesses to the next level of success. During that time, shes privately mentored and publicly "preached" that networking and relationship marketing are the keys to success. Before eWomenNetwork, Ann had always found it challenging to help women connect with other women who needed their services. She is thrilled to be bringing this group to northern Colorado to help local businesswomen make high quality regional, national and international connections. We all prefer to do business with people we know, and what better way to connect than through eWomenNetwork. For more on Ann, visit www.annclarke.com.
