Industry Leaders Named To Human Capital Institute Advisory Board

Washington, DC -- April 5, 2004 - Human capital management professionals from Monster,
Taleo, Sutter Health, Center for Talent Retention and 8 other industry-leading organizations will be active on the Human Capital Institute's National Advisory Board. The Institute continues to be the leading membership organization focused on research, information and education for professionals working to hire the best employees, measure performance and develop talent.

The Institute's National Advisory Board will provide oversight management for educational initiatives, including skills certification programs, an executive undergraduate curriculum and a human capital management graduate degree program. Members of the National Advisory Board are executives from companies across North America, representing various industries.
