mc chris (http://www.mcchris.com) is the alternate persona of the multi-talented Chris Ward. mc chris a rapper extraordinaire mixing pop culture and geek themes with fast paced rhymes and a unique voice styling. His brand of nerdcore" rap has been popularized on the internet and on Cartoon Networks Adult Swim.

Though he is known for his rap and voice acting on such Adult Swim hits as Sealab 2021" and Aqua Teen Hunger Force", few realize he is also an accomplished animator and writer.

mc chris has released 3 albums (Lifes A Bitch And Im Her Pimp", Knowing Is Half The Hassle", Eating's Not Cheating") that are all available for purchase through his website.

mc chris will be doing a personal appearance as a guest of House Of Gigs. Performing at DreamCon is New York based Voltaire, Tampas Yeti, Jacksonville's FuseBox Funk (http://www.fuseboxfunk.com) and several other independent and local bands to be named at a later time.

DreamCon (http://www.dreamcon.net) is a full three-day multi-genre convention being held at the Adams Mark in Jacksonville, FL June 11th-13th, 2004. Tracks will feature Science Fiction, Fantasy, Comic Books, Horror, Anime, Gaming, Technology, and Music. There will also be two 24-hour Anime rooms, two 24-hour Gaming rooms, an Art Show, and a Charity Auction. With over 45,000 sq ft of convention space and a 15,000 sq ft Dealers' Room, DreamCon will be the largest hotel based convention of its kind in the entire state of Florida. Anticipated attendance is 3,000-5,000.
