KoBu Power to be Featured on CNN’s Fitness Friday

It is a full-body workout that incorporates a weighted bar throughout the entire cardio/strength training program. KoBu Power™ was developed by Sensei Michael Graves, a 6th degree black belt in the style Shuri-te/Shaolin, and a member of the USA Karate Hall of Fame.

Sensei Michael Graves will be taking KoBu Power™ on the road again. He will be demonstrating parts of his KoBu Power work out live from CNN studios in Atlanta Georgia on April 9th. After the workout segments he will be showing how the work out moves translate into self-defense. This is a segment not to be missed. Tune in April 9th and check it out on the segment entitled “Fitness Friday with Kat Carney”

KoBu Power™ can also be seen in the upcoming week on ABC’s ‘Health Watch’ segment nationwide. There will be interviews with Sensei Graves and some of the class participants. A brief demonstration of both the KoBu Power workout and the defense aspects will be seen. This broadcast will once again give KoBu Power™ an even further national reach. Master Classes will be held at Bally Total Fitness Gyms on April 21st and April 22nd in the Washington DC area in order to prepare the Bally Total Fitness Instructors for their KoBu Power Certification workshop held on May 15th.

The KoBu Power Team launched the work out at the Philadelphia and Baltimore Bally Total Fitness gyms in the beginning of April of 2004.
