Hot Spring Spas Announces Finalists for Video Talent Contest for Home Video Enthusiasts and Amateur Entertainers
VISTA, CA (PRWEB) April 9, 2004 -- Many talented video enthusiasts and amateur entertainers from across the country submitted their video clips to the Hot Spring Spa Star contest to win a free Vanguard®(R) hot tub, complete with the SpAudio stereo system, from Hot Spring(R) Spas. The top 5 finalists' clips are now posted on the company Web site at http://www.hotspring.com, ready for visitors to vote for their favorite and help choose the next Hot Spring Spa Star.
Hot Spring launched a nationwide search in October 2003 for the next "Hot Spring Spa Star"(TM). Contest entrants submitted a 3-6 minute video clip demonstrating with music, singing and dancing why they want to own a Hot Spring spa. Now that the finalists' videos have been determined, much like American Idol, the public has the final say on the grand prize winner.
The grand prize is the premium Hot Spring Vanguard spa, a Consumers Digest Best Buy winner. The Vanguard spa features the new SpAudio(TM) music system, which sends sound waves through the spa shell, turning it into the speaker -- surrounding the body with music.
"The Spa Star entries were creative, fun, and entertaining," said Jacquie Matzat, Marketing Communications Manager for Hot Spring Spas. "It was difficult to choose the finalists from among so many great submissions."
The top five video clips will be posted on the Hot Spring Web site at http://www.hotspring.com until April 30, 2004. Before this date, visitors to the site can vote online for their favorite clip. The video clip obtaining the highest number of votes will be declared the grand prizewinner.
