(MobilityNewswire/PRWEB ) April 15, 2004 -- Daily Gadget has published a review of SplashID 3.0 for Palm OS, giving the secure personal identification program a 5 out of 5 rating. Geek.coms evaluation of SplashPhoto, an image viewing application for Palm OS and Pocket PC devices was just as impressive.
SplashIDs simple-to-use application records passwords, serial numbers, and other difficult to remember information using 256 bit Blowfish encryption to safeguard password protected data. The program comes with a desktop companion feature that allows users to easily enter long alpha-numeric passwords while providing a back-up should the PDA be lost or stolen.
Recent improvements to SplashID include the ability to enter new categories and customize column headings while providing the option to store information in areas designated as personal, business, etc.
Alison Barclay, one of Daily Gadgets product reviewers, commented, These changes only serve to enhance what I consider to be one of the best, if not the best secure information programs available."

Geek.com has published a review of SplashPhoto, SplashDatas photo viewing program now available for Palm Powered, Pocket PC, Microsoft Smartphone, Series 60, and Sony Ericsson P-series devices.
Matthew Miller, a product reviewer with Geek.com says, The one powerful feature that originally swayed me to SplashPhoto and that sets it apart from many other viewers is the included desktop interface that provides you with the ability to quickly format photos for your PDA."
The desktop portion of SplashPhoto allows users to crop and edit photos, ensuring proper size and image arrangements. Users can then easily install the images by performing a sync to their handheld device. The latest version will send image files to the RAM on a Palm device as well as an external card.
