Fredricks will be discussing various ways ACT! can be used to improve your marketing efforts. The meeting will be preceded by a networking session and followed by a question and answer period conducted by Karen Fredricks.
According to Fredricks, " ACT! should be used to attract new customers and retain the ones you already have. Attendees will learn how to incorporate these very important techniques into their daily ACT! usage."
