Commercial Construction Company Begins Five Texas Projects

Urban Constructors, Inc. announced today that the company will begin work on the first of three San Antonio-area projects and two Houston-are projects this month.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) April 18, 2004 --Urban Constructors, Inc. announced today that the company will begin work on the first of three San Antonio-area projects and two Houston-are projects this month.

The Dunn Development Company, Inc. (DDC) is handling the San Antonio projects, while Concorde Realty Development is the developer for the Houston projects. Urban Constructors is the general contractor for all five builds.
   
Project Details -- San Antonio, Texas:
The first project is a 1,500 square foot retail building located at in San Antonio at 931 S. General McMullen on 0.16 acres. The Money Box will fully lease the space, which was designed by Villa Architects and is set for June 15, 2004 completion.

DDC and Urban Constructors will concurrently construct a 5,000 square foot retail building on 0.69 acres at 6621 Sequin Road in San Antonio. Robert King of United Commercial Realty is marketing the project.

Finally, Wilson Memorial Hospital will lease a 20,000 square foot medical office building in Floresville, Texas from Dunn Development. Construction will begin July 15, 2004 and will be completed in January 2005 when the new hospital opens.

Project Details -- Houston, Texas:
Urban Constructors is beginning construction on Fairfield Country Shops II and Cinco Ranch Retail Center II. The company completed phase one of Fairfield Country Shops in December 2001.

Fairfield Country Shops II is a 12,200 square foot, multi-tenant retail center located in Cypress, Texas. It will be completed in summer 2004. The company expects that Cinco Ranch Retail Center II, located in Katy, Texas on Mason Road, will also be completed this summer. Its tenant will be Coldwell Banker United Realtors.
