Roy Laudenslager Joins TECH BENDERS

ACT! Technical Support Veteran Brings Over 35 Years of Industry Experience to Position

In this capacity, he provides database design and technical telephone and web-based support for domestic and international ACT! users. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of ACT! ranging from database installation and customization to maintenance and troubleshooting, with particular expertise in reports, synchronization, macros, and queries.

Laudenslager has over 35 years of experience in the electronics and data processing industry. For the past 10 years, he was the senior most member of the ACT! technical support team and was assigned the cases that had been escalated for additional troubleshooting. Laudenslager has written over 100 articles for ACT! publications including the Easy ACT! newsletter and the ACT! Extra newsletter. He is collaborating on a new ACT! book with Karen Fredricks, author of ACT! 6 for Dummies and founder of Tech Benders.

A graduate of the University of the State of New York, Laudenslager also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business administration.
