The Benefit Network Partners with Newsgator to Provide a Targeted Human Resouces Newsreader

The Benefit Network newsreader allows users to access millions of web sites that syndicate their content and pull relevant human resouce information without being spammed.

Barrington, IL (PRWEB) April 20, 2004 -- The Benefit Network today announced that it is working with NewsGator Technologies, to bring a powerful set of tools that allows users to search for and read HR RSS content when they want it, including exclusive subscriber-only content. It puts control in the hands of the subscriber, eliminating the need to sign up for newsletters, and minimizing the need for spam filters. Since users can pull targeted content they have selected when they want it, they never have to give out their email addresses.

For users who spend too much time searching for content on the web, The Benefit Network / NewsGator newsreader allow users to access millions of web sites that syndicate their content in a machine-readable format called "RSS ." The NewsGator family of products reads this syndicated content, and presents it to the user directly in their inbox.

Users can read their content on the web (on the NewsGator Online Services subscriber site), in their e-mail client (Outlook Express, Eudora, Entourage, Apple Mail, are all supported), or even on their cell phone or PDA. Microsoft Outlook users should try NewsGator for Outlook. The Benefit Network has populated a few HR related links into their trial download to allow users to get started. Users can add other links on any topic that they have an interest without having to give up any private information. Free 14 day trial at http://www.thebenefitnetwork.com/newsreader.htm
