WHO: Michael R. Zook, Managing Director, MASI
Michael Zook has been with MASI, Ltd. since 1996. He has completed divestiture assignments in manufacturing, distribution and business services. Mr. Zook is a past instructor for the Venture Capital Institute and is the past President of the Midwest Region of Small Business Investment companies, and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Executive Club of Chicago.

Hal Klegman of Roy Talman and Associates, Inc.
Hal Klegman has been an executive recruiter specializing in Information Technology for 27 years. He has been with Roy Talman and Associates, Inc for the past twenty year. Mr. Klegman has presented his "Hire Profits" seminar to some of Chicago's best known software companies including Ibbotson and Associates, InstallShield and Systems Software Associates.

Larry Roth, Executive Search Management Consultant. Larry Roth has been in private practice as an executive search since 1976. His clients include small to medium sized manufacturing and service businesses, for whom he has completed searches for middle, upper middle and senior level managers. He has assists clients with strategic planning and compensation analysis. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Roth spent nine years with Booz, Allen & Hamilton where he was a Principal with scientific and technical consulting practice.
