Success is hard to come by for a Tribute Band... not for Bad Medicine.

New Jersey Shore, NJ (PRWEB) April 20, 2004 --It is a long road with no end for any band that makes its business performing in the likeness of an already successful act. The career of a tribute band, inherently, cannot be filled with many sucesses and milestones. The New York-based Bad Medicine, The Bon Jovi Tribute, is an exception to this rule. Bad Medicine, led by independent singer/songwriter Steve Sage, is the only recognized national touring Bon Jovi tribute band, the only tribute band to ever be featured and perform live on major market radio stations such as KC101 in Connecticut and Q104.3 in New York and remains the only tribute show to perform in such venues famous for their support of original music such as The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, the New Jersey venue credited with giving rise to such area legends as Bruce Springsteen, Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes, and Bon Jovi themselves. The latest success on the setlist for BAD MEDICINE came last week when it was confirmed that the band has been hired to play the Inaugural Tailgate Party for the Arena Football League's latest expansion team, The Philadlephia Soul, co-owned by Jon Bon Jovi.

Bad Medicine is rejoined by Steve Frangadakis, one of two Richie Sambora tribute musician's featured in the band, who had to break from touring so he could fulfill his commitment to the Bret Michaels' (Poison) Songs Of Life Tour.
