Abyss Charters is expecting big things from the Red Snapper season, which opened up with a bang Apr. 24th on the Destin coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Many 10 to 15 pounders showed up on the docks. Destin's migratory run of Cobia is still going strong with a 96 pounder topping the scales at present. Some Blackfin tuna and Wahoo are starting to show early this year.
