Leveraging these investments, RSG will be able to provide maximum flexibility for its customers in the design and production of high quality, full color, digitally printed materials in a three-site distributive production environment, with facilities strategically located in New York, Chicago and California.
This new equipment utilizes proprietary bar code technology which improves the process of personalization for book covers, greatly improving quality in the document collation and binding process. Standardizing bar code placement on a digital four-color cover allows for maximum flexibility in design of the outside cover of the book," said Jim Stewart, Vice President Digital Operations.
