Forum Launched for ITIL
An interactive community forum has just been launched to assist those who require guidance upon both ITIL implementation and certification/qualification.
(PRWEB) April 27, 2004 --ITIL, the IT Infrastructure Library, is a series of documents that are used to aid the implementation of a framework for IT Service Management. It is essentially a consistent and comprehensive documentation of best practice for information technology.
To support this, a new, free to access, interactive forum has just been launched to assist those who require guidance upon both implementation and certification/qualification. The ITIL Community Forum includes news, articles, an online discussion forum, an FAQ and various other free resources.
It is intended that this free public service should become the portal to turn to for those wishing to understand ITIL, and meet its demands head on.
The Forum can be viewed directly at http://www.itilcommunity.com
