Our Connection With the "Other Side" Explained

As evidenced by the popularity of the TV show Crossing Over" and other media coverage of spiritual issues, Americans are fascinated by the prospects of communicating with friends and relatives who have passed over to the other side. Unfortunately, however, most spiritual mediums fail to understand why or how they communicate with the other side, according to a well-known student of spirituality, Isaac Nwokogba. As a result, Nwokogba says, the messages they receive are often fragmented and in need of interpretation. Messages can be misunderstood or taken out of context if spirit mediums and people dont understand exactly how the communication process works.

Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) May 1, 2004 -- Most spiritual mediums fail to understand why or how they communicate with the other side, according to a well-known student of spirituality, Isaac Nwokogba. As a result, Nwokogba says, the messages they receive are often fragmented and in need of interpretation.

To fill in the gaps of understanding, Nwokogba has written a new book, Voices from Beyond: The God Force, the Other Side, and You (The Writers Collective, 152 pages, May 2004, ISBN 1-932133-44-5, $14.95). A believer in reincarnation, Nwokogba, in his third book on spiritual issues, describes in plain language the different frequencies that exist on Earth and the other side. Among other things, he notes:

• After each incarnation, we progress to a higher frequency, until, at the highest levels, there is no longer a need to come back to Earth.

• People on Earth who are spiritually advanced can often perceive higher vibrations, but this is usually a perception rather than direct contact with a person who has died. The messages often seem incomplete even though they are helpful. Only a few people are far enough advanced to be able to attune with the higher frequencies of the other side and perceive accurate information.

• We all have spirit guides, helping us through life, whether we recognize them or not. They protect us from danger and help us to stay on the course we chose before birth. But not all spirits who communicate with us are guides. Often, low-level spirits who are still attached to worldly existence make constant efforts to communicate, and can pass along incorrect information.

• We also choose soul mates prior to birth-people we will meet and have relationships with. However, we dont always recognize our soul mates if they dont share our language, race, or other characteristics in this lifetime.

Nwokogba is a lifelong student of spirituality. He has written many articles and two other books on the subject: Seeds of Luck focuses on the cosmic law of manifestation and America, Here I Come examines
the law of compensation. He has a masters degree in business and works as an analyst in the utility industry in Southern California.
