With this agreement Simplex obtains exclusive distribution rights to MicroGold WithClass Enterprise version 9.0. Version 9.0 has numerous features and enhancements including: integrated code management leveraging Visual SlickEdit®, Code Templating, integration with version control software (e.g. Visual Source Safe, PVCS), code auto-complete, custom reverse engineering, a flexible user interface, enhanced database analysis and much more. Version 9.0 will be marketed as an integrated component of Simplexs Transport Suite.
