TLC Technologies, Inc., a leading Business Intelligence (BI) consulting company, announced that it has expanded its relationship with Hyperion Solutions, and will now act as a Preferred Reseller & Consulting Partner. The broader relationship provides TLC with the flexibility to sell Hyperion software, as well as deliver consulting services related to the implementation of BI products.

TLC Technologies also established strategic software reselling and consulting partnerships with:

·    HyperRoll, a company that provides data aggregation software which delivers immediate and substantial improvements in business intelligence application performance, accelerating data access and analysis for users of BI applications;

·    Clarity Systems, the developers of Corporate Performance Management Suite, a web-based software that gives organizations the ability to complete strategic planning, budgeting, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and analysis;

In 2003, TLC announced its merger with NextGen, Inc., a Port Washington, New York, staffing augmentation firm which provides contract IT professionals with specific software expertise. The IT portion of NextGen's staffing augmentation will now trade under the TLC Technologies name, for improved brand recognition in the business intelligence and IT marketplace.

“We are very pleased with the new business model we developed through these partnerships and the NextGen merger, as it enhances our overall competitive position,” says Thomas Foley, TLC President, who continues to manage the daily operations of TLC. Mr. Foley has also assumed additional responsibility for the IT staffing augmentation sector, which will be managed from TLC’s new Pennsylvania office location.

“Many of the BI products defining the fundamental core of TLC’s consulting expertise have advanced from stand-alone software, evolving to a platform for a web-enabled suite of BI delivery products. Our new business model will allow us to resell the appropriate software for our clients’ needs, and to draw upon additional consultants for task specific software implementation,” says Foley.

While completing these partnerships, the recent merger, and expanding its overall business, TLC continues to provide a high level of complex consulting support to its existing client base. “These organizational enhancements have advanced our strategic vision – ensuring optimal performance using various OLAP platforms for our clients’ success,” adds Foley.
