GRAPEVINE, TX (PRWEB) May 4, 2004 -- VETRO Glassblowing Studio & Gallery announced today the unveiling of Elysian Shadows at their Grand Opening Celebration May 8th. Elysian Shadows, an acclaimed contemporary glass blown lighting installation, is rich in color transition, shadow play, and light refraction.
"At more than 20 feet long and six feet wide, the hand-crafted mastery of the piece is stunning," says VETRO's co-owner and artist Gary Hayes. "According to Greek Mythology, the name 'Elysian Fields' actually means 'the abode of the blessed after death.' Upon viewing the Elysian Shadows display through the breath-taking light glass elements, some say you can capture a glimpse of elysian paradise" states Elysian Shadows creator and VETRO co-owner David Gappa.
VETRO Glassblowing Studio and Gallery's much-anticipated Grand Opening Celebration will reintroduce the Metroplex to the stirring beauty of Elysian Shadows.
