Hoover Partners announced today that it has appointed Tasha Passarelle to be a lobbyist on two of the firms accounts. Passarelle was previously a legislative aide at the firm.

Passarelles new assignments include lobbying on banking issues for ING Bank, fsb, a subsidiary of Dutch giant ING GROUP, and on tax issues for Allco Finance Corporation, an investment bank with locations around the world.
Before coming to Washington, Passarelle, a graduate of the University of Redlands, worked for Oregon State Senator Richard Devlin as his Chief of Staff. She was also on the staff of U.S. Congresswoman Darlene Hooley (D-OR) immediately prior to joining Hoover Partners.
