The New Era of Administrative Assistance - Accent Business Solutions!

Administrative assistance has met a new era! Though office assistance in the form of an administrative executive, office or personal assistant has long been established, virtual assistance is a relatively new concept.

(PRWEB) May 7, 2004 -- The traditional administrative or executive assistant is a hired employee who has their own office space within the 'company' office suite and is paid either an hourly rate or a monthly salary. The 'company' provides space for these employees as well as office equipment - such as a computer, typewriter, telephone - and office furniture - such as desk, chair, filing cabinet - as well as employment benefits and programs.

Accent Business Solutions (also known as Accent) has arrived on the scene as an established administrative resource in the NC area! They are available to provide time-honored administrative support, but from a remote office.

Accent Business Solutions, does not work inside the 'company' office suite or need the 'company' to supply office equipment, furniture or space for them. They work from their own office with their own equipment and furniture. Since Accent is a sub-contractor, there are no employee benefit packages, vacation pay, or employee tax obligations required on the part of a company contracting their services.

Accent Business Solutions is owned and operated by Margaret Lewis, a native of NC, with over 10 years of administrative/technical experience. Why did she decide to start an administrative business? Well, lets let her tell you:

For some time, I have had an interest in all types of administrative/technical duties on executive and advanced levels. Having an interest in many aspects of business and a desire to serve, I determined that starting my own business was the best choice for me. It offers me the opportunity to demonstrate my skill set at different levels and allows me to enjoy the work that I have grown to love."

Accent Business Solutions was created with the interest of others in mind - for the business community in order to maintain growth of their bottom line and for individuals who have been affected by job loss for various reasons. We are committed to building relationships with our clients by providing top-quality support in a timely manner, while maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism."

Many offices already have and use the equipment necessary to communicate effectively with and utilize the services of a Virtual Assistant - telephone, fax, e-mail, vmail, on-line messaging, and courier services. With new technology, even geographical boundaries are not an issue! Many of the necessary resources are already in place for any business to contact and contract with a VA.

Outsourcing administrative tasks has become a very popular and efficient way to keep the business operating smoothly. This is true for the small or home-based business sector as well as a viable option for corporations wanting to down-size their operations to lower their operating costs.

Accent supports businesses of every size and with a variety of needs. You can learn more about them by visiting their website at www.accentonline.org

In many cases, small and home-based businesses are not in a position to hire a regular full-time or even a part-time employee. They can, however, contract out to a VA and receive quality assistance at a fraction of the cost of hiring an employee. This also holds true for larger corporations.

Dollar for dollar, virtual assistance is becoming the economical, efficient and practical option for many businesses. It is quickly becoming the new precedence for administrative support!
