EUREKA, CA (PRWEB) May 10, 2004 --WOW! What more could we say for our first visit to the HIA Show. The response to Etal Creative Materials was overwhelming!" said Richard Cook, Sales Manager for Rivewind. The sample cards sent out before the show were fabulous. Dozens of people came to the booth with their card in hand wanting to know more about flexible, real metals. People were delighted to feel and see what real metal meant."

The message of real metal come through loud and clear. People were intrigued by our flexible backing and the many ways it was more than paper. Everyone come by to get samples to try something different. Besides the usual things, our material was successfully die cut, laser cut, torn, glued, micro-beaded as well as laminated into stickers, etc.,etc... We learned a lot about our products and their possible uses for arts and crafts.

It seemed as if every type of crafter there could be showed up at the booth. Fabric artists, stampers, scrapbookers, beaders, jewelry makers, fine artists, carmakers.... Besides all those folks, other exhibitors bought materials, reps and distributors stopped to talk, even the press was there! A number of important industry contacts and new friends were made. People kept coming over to the booth and saying. You guys are the buzz of the show."

The really big achievement of the show was winning the Best of Innovations for New Exhibitors. This, to us, was especially important because it was a peopless choice award selected by the buyers at the show. We received a wonderful cut glass trophy as a permanent momento of our accomplishment.
