First Software to Decode Google and Yahoo Ranking Algorithms

Software program tells you in plain English how to change your web site to obtain good search engine rankings

(PRWEB) May 10, 2004 -- Internet businesses are highly dependent on the rankings of their web sites in the search engines. If a business web site is displayed on the first search engine result page, it will get many free visitors. However, if it is placed on the fourth result page, it will hardly get any visitors.

Search engines do not reveal the algorithms they use to rank web sites. For this reason, businesses had to trust to luck that their web sites were ranked well in the search engines.

A new software program tries to find a remedy for this situation. The user selects a search engine, for example Google, and enters a search term for which the web site should be ranked highly.

Then the software program finds out what the top 10 ranked web pages for that search query have in common. It analyzes more than 75 web page elements, from the web page title to the link texts.

After the analysis, it creates a report that tells the user in plain English how their own web site must be changed to obtain a similar high search engine ranking.

THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM

Internet Business Promoter (IBP) is the name of the software program. It is directed to Web marketing agencies and small businesses who promote their web sites themselves.

IBP includes 10 tools for search engine promotion, for example a search engine submitter, a ranking checker and a keyword generator. One of the tools is the Top 10 Optimizer which is described above.

IBP is used by thousands of businesses in more than 60 countries because it helps to achieve good results in an ethical way. IPB does not try to trick search engines but it helps to achieve results that are beneficial for web surfers, businesses and search engines.

PRICES

IBP is available in two editions. The Standard edition for small businesses costs US$149.95, the Business edition for Web marketing agencies costs US$299.95.
