ZooLink Corporation (ZooLink")(ZLNK: OTCBB) is pleased to announce the next successful stage in its restructuring efforts in the form of an Offer To Purchase by Universco Broadband Solutions for ZooLink Communications Ltd. customer-base and assets.

Vancouver, B.C. (PRWEB) May 13, 2004 --- The proceeds of the Universco purchase of ZooLink Communications Ltd.s customer base and assets will be used primarily to settle the debt owed to creditors as outlined in the Proposal To Creditors which was accepted on April 15th, 2004. The move will position Zoolink Corporations remaining subsidiary, i3DataCenters Ltd., to move forward with its business model of providing next generation Intelligent Data Centers (IDCs) through a franchise type" methodology.

Universco Broadband Solutions and i3DataCenters Ltd. plan to work closely together and will offer each others product sets to their individual customer bases. The close association will see i3DC reselling Universcos product sets to customers and Universco will utilize i3DCs co-location and web services for their customers needs.
