Exercise is an important element for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. TimeOut Services offers a program called TeenFit to get teens into shape. Teenfit offers a fun environment for teens of all fitness levels to exercise.

TeenFit offers a fun and friendly environment for teens of all fitness levels to get a total body workout and improve self-esteem. Group personal training gives the attention and emotional support participants need to succeed. With practice, education, and support, any teen can meet their fitness goals.
TeenFit is an intense workout program designed to increase strength and cardiovascular levels. Activities vary every day and include exercises such as strength training, abdominal work, intervals, jump rope, and circuits. The next session begins June 7th at Stanford Stadium and the Addison Penzak Jewish Community Center in Los Gatos. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesday from 4-5pm.
