It Be Just Alright An Island Journey,
Copy of review of It Be Just Alright An Island Journey by J. Matson Heininger- from May issue of Southern Boating Magazine
(PRWEB) May 18, 2004 --There comes a time in a sailor's life when it's just time to cast off the lines and let the breeze by your traveling companionl. It Be Just Alright An Island Journey is such a tale.
The book starts off as far from the tropics as one can imagine - in Aspen Colorado - with Wilson Abernathey waking to the sound of his good friend Jeffrey pounding on his door with news that he and his wife Noelle have found a sailboat for sale at a bargain price on one of the Bahamas Out Islands. That is the knock that changes Wilson's life.
Almost halfway around the globe, and a world away from Aspen in climate and culture, these three ski bums sailors start to question how many times and American can hear "Be Just Alright" in a relaxed Bahamian accent without screaming. They find adventure, education ( what boat doesnt't teach us of something, especially a used boat), and ultimately themselves during their time in this tropical paradise, while wrestling with questions about the capitalism and materialism in paradise in a way that gives this travelogue/adventure novel depth.
It Be Just Alright: An Island Journey is available from, Amazon or Barnes & Noble on the web or from Ingram books or Baker Taylor through your local book store.
