BlueBridge Networks Acquires Sterling Data Summary

Bluebridge Networks, LLC (Bluebridge" or the Company") Is pleased to announce that on March 1st, 2004, the Company acquired the Sterling Data Center (the Data Center"), a 20,000 sq. ft. world class data center, located in Cleveland, OH.

(PRWEB) May 22, 2004 -- Bluebridge Networks, LLC (Bluebridge" or the Company") is pleased to announce that on March 1st, 2004, the Company acquired the Sterling Data Center (the Data Center"), a 20,000 sq. ft. world class data center, located in Cleveland, OH.

The Data Center was built by Genuity, Inc. in 2000. Genuity entered into bankruptcy in late 2002. BlueBridge acquired the data center out of bankruptcy in early February, 2004.

In addition, BlueBridge plans to expand geographically. We are currently reviewing numerous options to acquire additional Internet data centers in the Midwest marketplace. Mark Munsell managing partner of the Sterling Building, the new headquarters of BlueBridge Networks, was pleased with the Company acquiring the Sterling Data Center facility, Cleveland really needs more entrepreneurial endeavors like BlueBridge Networks. The executive management team is rounded out with Michael C. DeAloia assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer.
