Healing is achieved by channeling "Universal Life Force Energy" thru a trained practitioner. The practitioner can channel the energy to someone else, or direct it into his own body for self-healing.

Reiki works on a physical, spiritual and emotional level and thus gets to the root of the problem, not just masking symptoms with drugs. Therefore, true and lasting healing can be attained. Reiki is very easy to learn and practice...all that is needed is to be "attuned" or opened to the ability to channel this amazing energy and to learn basic hand positions and practical applications.

Reiki can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including, migraines, cramps, stress, anxieties, sleep disorders, aches, pains, disease (dis-ease), pre and post-op conditions, and much, much more.
