The company began its conversion from Mind2 Ventures to Native Holdings in January of 2004. As of the end of the first quarter of 2004, the company has successfully brought in investment partners, changed its name to Native Holdings, moved its corporate offices, reorganized and restructured the ownership and management of the company, and recently filed with the Secretary of State to convert from a limited liability company in to a California domestic stock corporation.
