The new load cells offer a variety of enhancements in addition to the current features that have earned RON Crane Scales a well-earned reputation for reliability.

Since accuracy is vital in the lifting industry, RON's New Generation models provide optional increased accuracy of 0.05% of the load, with improved resolution. Other optional features formerly limited to one model are now universally available, including totalizing, data logging and RS-232 communication.

Battery recharging and replacement have been improved and now include either 2000 hours use on disposable batteries, or 1500 hours between charges on standard rechargeables.

All units will be available in Shackle or Hook Type design; minimum capacity ¼ ton and maximum capacity 300 tons (shackle type only). Maximum Hook Capacity is 32 tons.

In addition, RON Crane Scales small dimensions and light weight provide portability and minimum headroom loss. Another feature is their shape which ensures the users safety: All models offer either a standard remote display, a removable display or very large 2" displays. By these means the users personal safety is ensured, as under no circumstances does he have to approach the load in order to read the result.
