BroadMail Delivers Advanced and Integrated Email Activity Intelligence for Commercial Applications

BroadLook Technologies announces the release of BroadMail 1.0, an advanced and integrated e-mail activity intelligence and notification solution, to its rapidly growing client base and to targeted commercial market segments.

MILWAUKEE, WI (PRWEB) May 26, 2004 -- BroadLook Technologies announces the release of BroadMail 1.0, an advanced and integrated e-mail activity intelligence and notification solution, to its rapidly growing client base and to targeted commercial market segments.

BroadMail 1.0 users can utilize their existing business e-mail application (MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora) to send e-mail, and through a single interface resident on their desktop, can monitor the activities related to sent e-mail correspondence. Intelligence as to when the e-mail was read, how often, if embedded links have been activated, if the e-mail has been forwarded and to where are among the key advantages of BroadMail.

Notification triggers alert BroadMail 1.0 users when e-mail messages are read and re-read enabling the user to minimize the desktop interface and keep the application active in the background. Integration with popular Contact Management Systems, CRMs and Applicant Tracking Systems ties e-mail activity to client or contact records in databases. Integrations include ACT!, GoldMine, and MS Outlook as well as over 100 CRMs via BroadLooks universal CRM middleware and BroadLooks universal exporter.

BroadMail 1.0 is a tremendous application service that our clients and prospects have anticipated for many months", says Donato Diorio, CEO and Founder of BroadLook Technologies. Through our strategic technical partnership with Sendient, and after 12-months of product testing and tremendous test market results, BroadMail 1.0 delivers an e-mail intelligence application that makes sense for the commercial market."

Donato adds that Our extensive studies show that professional users will not add back-end extensions to an email address, nor will they log-in to a website or ASP for status of their emails sent. BroadMail 1.0 requires no change to the way professionals send their business e-mail correspondence to their prospects, their clients, their internal staff and to their professional peers."

BroadMail 1.0 will be made available to BroadLook Technologies' growing client list of professional recruiters, retained and executive search professionals, corporate Human Resources, internal staffing professional and B2B sales professionals. Initial markets will include legal professional, financial services, real estate related services, distributed sales organizations and Fortune 1000 companies.

BroadMail 1.0 is delivered as a monthly service that is activated upon downloading a thin client installation which communicates with the BroadMail server and serves as the activity monitoring and notification interface.
